Balsamic Chicken

This is a recipe I found on HealthyGroceryList.com. As soon as I have had a chance to try it, I will post  picture!
Prep Time: 15 mins
Cook Time: 30 mins
Ready In: 45 mins

  • 8 unit (about 71grams each)Chicken Breast, Skinless
  • 1 cupGreen Bell Pepper
  • 3 cloveGarlic, Clove
  • 1/2 tspSalt
  • 1/4 tspPepper,Black
  • 3 tbspBalsamic Vinegar
  • 1/4 cupOlive Oil
  • 1/2 cupMushrooms
  • 1/4 cupOnion, Red
  • 1 tbspItalian Seasoning

Directions

  1. In an aluminum pan pour olive oil then place breasts inside.
  2. Then cut pepper into strips, slice onion, toss in garlic cloves and mushrooms. Pour in balsamic vinegar.
  3. Let marinate in refrigerator for at least an hour
  4. Then preheat oven @ 400 degrees. Season to taste with salt, black pepper and Italian seasoning.
  5. Cook until chicken is done. Salt and pepper to taste.
