Bacon and Swiss Chicken

This is a recipe I found at I will post an image as soon as I have had the chance to try it out!

Prep Time: 10 mins
Cook Time: 25 mins
Ready In: 35 mins

  • 4 unit (about 71grams each)Chicken Breast, Skinless
  • 1 tspSalt
  • 1 tspPepper,Black
  • 8 thick, sliceBacon
  • 1/2 cupCheese Swiss
  • 1 tbspVegetable Oil,Canola


  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Cut chicken so it lays open, not all the way in half. Tenderize chicken till about 1/4 inch thick. Mix the salt and pepper together and sprinkle mixture on the outside of the chicken.
  3. Place one piece of cheese on eash breast and 2 strips of bacon. Roll up the chicken so the cheese and bacon are wrapped inside the chicken breast.
  4. Oil your baking sheet and place chicken on it about 1 inch apart. Place in heated oven and cook till there is no pink throughout.
